The firm was originally founded by Mr. Raj Kumar Verma as Kumar Associates, focusing on building approvals and statutory consultancy services. Building upon this strong foundation, the next generation expanded the organization with formal Udyam and GST registration, introducing Kumar Associates and Consultants as a modern, structured consultancy and engineering brand.
